That connection is the story here: it smooths out vibration and gives the CRBN2 a softer, more forgiving feel on contact than the stiffer one-piece CRBN1, which is what most hitters who prefer a two-piece are after. The swing stays balanced and breaks in quickly, and like the rest of Mizuno's carbon line it delivers strong exit speed for the money. It lists below the premium class and is frequently discounted further, making it a strong value for a smooth two-piece composite.
